If you do not want to accept the following terms and conditions, do not use NAVC’s Website.
Each user of the Website expressly accepts all risks and consequences, whether direct or indirect and whether known or unknown, associated with or resulting from such use.
Each user of the Website expressly accepts that NAVC is not responsible for and expressly disclaims any responsibility, whether express or implied, for the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the Website or for the consequences, whether direct or indirect and whether known or unknown, of using the Website or any link from the Website to another website or its contents.
Each user of a Website expressly accepts that NAVC is not liable, whether directly or indirectly, to any person or thing including without limitation any corporation, association, or trade union for any damages (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages) arising out of or in connection with use of, misuse of, or inability to use the Website. NAVC uses the following tools to better understand our users and deliver the best possible updates to the website:
Google AdWords, Google Remarketing and Google Demographics and Interests Reports
We use Google AdWords, Google Remarketing and Google Demographics and Interests Reports technology. For measuring conversion with Google AdWords, a conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on a NAVC ad. This conversion tracking cookie expires after 30 days and is not used for personal identification. The conversion tracking cookie allows us to review the performance of our ads.
When you click on one of our ads, a Google Remarketing cookie is placed, which helps to serve our ads to you at a later time. Remarketing cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
Data from Google’s Demographics and Interests Reports (such as age, gender and interests) is used with Google Analytics to better understand and market to our audience groups.
If you are uncomfortable and/or do not agree with our use of Google Analytics, you may opt-out. Using the Ads Settings, you can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. You can also review Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs for the web.
