The NAVC Website uses Google Analytics to collect traffic information. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users use our Website. The information collected by Google is used for the purpose of evaluating users’ Website activity

Google AdWords, Google Remarketing and Google Demographics and Interests Reports

We use Google AdWords, Google Remarketing and Google Demographics and Interests Reports technology. For measuring conversion with Google AdWords, a conversion tracking cookie is placed when a user clicks on a NAVC ad. This conversion tracking cookie expires after 30 days and is not used for personal identification. The conversion tracking cookie allows us to review the performance of our ads.

When you click on one of our ads, a Google Remarketing cookie is placed, which helps to serve our ads to you at a later time. Remarketing cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.

Data from Google’s Demographics and Interests Reports (such as age, gender and interests) is used with Google Analytics to better understand and market to our audience groups.

If you are uncomfortable and/or do not agree with our use of Google Analytics, you may opt-out. Using the Ads Settings, you can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. Conflicts or Ambiguities

All terms of this privacy policy and any and all disputes arising out of, in connection with, or relating to these Terms, the Contents or the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without regard to conflicts of laws. Any and all disputes relating to this privacy policy and the use of this site shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Province of Alberta.

If you have previously opted into receiving email and other online communication from NAVC in the form of newsletters, client surveys, emails about NAVC events or important changes in the online industry, consent to online communication from NAVC may be withdrawn by selecting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters & surveys, or by emailing us to be removed from our list.
